Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana about 3 bananas
  • 1 box banana cake mix 15.25 ounces, I recommend Dolly Parton’s Banana Cake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix (4 servings)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a regular-sized muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Using an electric mixer, blend all the ingredients together until smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Fill the baking cups 3/4 full and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the top of the muffin comes out clean.
  4. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • If you use extra-large baking cups: This recipe will make about 9 jumbo muffins.
