Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound mini pretzel twists
  • 1/2 cup butter melted (1 stick)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 sleeve ground to a fine crumb in the blender
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Place half of the mini pretzel twists on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop about half a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto each pretzel twist.
  4. Top them off with another pretzel twist to create a little sandwich.
  5. Place the filled pretzel sandwiches back onto the parchment paper.
  6. Put the baking sheet into the freezer for about ten minutes.
  7. While they’re chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Once the filled pretzel bites are set, dip half of each sandwich into the melted chocolate.
  9. Return the chocolate-dipped pretzel bites to the parchment-lined sheet.
  10. Finally, store the Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites in an airtight container.
